Connecting Initiatives

OBSS reflects an inability to approach reform as a mosaic of initiatives that are connected in their goal.  Perhaps the biggest obstacle to this entire way of thinking is the inability of people to either seek or see connections that could make utilized as part of the reform, rebuild, or just build process. In a discussion with someone the other day, she uttered the word silo as a method of behavior and it brought back doctoral memories.
